ACT! for Web Outlook Error Database cannot be found

Affected ACT! Versions: 9.00 & greater
Other Software: Microsoft Internet Explore 6.0 & greater

The Error:
Users experience and error when trying to use the Outlook address book with ACT! Premium for Web. They receive the error " The ACT! Premium for Web database cannot be found. Please contact your administrator for assistance."

The Cause:
This is caused by a bug in the server side application.

RTG's Suggested Action:
Contact RTG and let them know you are getting the error and they will reset the server software and the error will clear up.

Resolution
At this time there is no permanent resolution to this issues.
